Rental deposit: 30% on the total amount using bank draft or a postal order Minimum stay: 3 nights. TV, Utilities, crockery are included. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 40 euros (obligatory). Check in: from 15.00 to 19.00 Check out: until 11.30 For arrivals after 19.00 there will be an additional charge of 30 euro.

Please inform us in advance regarding your arrival time.
Confirmation of your reservation will by e-mail and will include all of the directions needed to reach the apartment. Here you will be welcomed by either the owner or the local agent.
On retrieving the key the guest will be asked to show an identity card and credit card details as guarantee for any damage that may have been caused to the apartment.

 

 

VENICE TOURIST TAX, STARTING FROM 24/08/2011

 

The municipality of Venice recently introduced a law, which impose every hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the City to charge every guest of a new TOURIST TAX. The amount is of 1,5 euros (per person, per night) for a maximum of 5 nights.

 

THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING FEE, PLEASE REMEMBER THIS EXTRA FEE IN YOUR BUDGET.
