Se ruega comunicar, al menos con 2 días de antelación, el horario de llegada.
La confirmación de la reserva será enviada vía email con las indicaciones necesarias para llegar al apartamento donde sereis recibidos por el propietario o por el representante del apartamento.
A la llegada se solicitará un documento de identidad y los datos de la tarjeta de crédito como garantía de eventuales daños que se pudieran producir en el apartamento.

 

 

VENICE TOURIST TAX, STARTING FROM 24/08/2011

 

The municipality of Venice recently introduced a law, which impose every hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the City to charge every guest of a new TOURIST TAX. The amount is of 1,5 euros (per person, per night) during the high season, which goes from the 1st of April to the 31st of October, and the following periods:
- Carnival (in 2012 4th February-22nd February)
- Easter (from Wednesday before Easter to the following Tuesday)
- The week that includes the 8th of December
- 23rd of December-6th of January
For the rest of the year, so during low season, the tax is of 0,75 euros (per person, per night).

 

THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING FEE, PLEASE REMEMBER THIS EXTRA FEE IN YOUR BUDGET.
